Important Safety Notice
Before booking, please confirm that your health condition allows participation in escape room games. We advise against participation if you have:
- Claustrophobia
- High blood pressure
- Heart conditions
- Epilepsy
- Nervous disorders
- If you are pregnant.
If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before making a reservation.
Private Games Only
At Escape Artistz, all our escape rooms are private, meaning you will not share the experience with strangers. This ensures an exclusive and personalized adventure for your group.
Managing Group Size and Payments
If you’re unsure about your final group size, we recommend booking for the minimum required number of participants. This avoids the possibility of overpayment.
- Extra Payments: If you pay for additional participants and fewer people attend on the day of your booking, the overpaid amount will not be refunded. Instead, you will receive a credit voucher for the difference. This voucher will be sent to your email after your session.
Privacy Policy

Escape Artistz retains all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with this website and our escape rooms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited. Solutions, designs, and any content discovered during your session must not be disclosed to third parties in any form.
Website Usage
Our website is intended solely for lawful purposes and personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of its content is prohibited.
Location
All our escape room activities are conducted at:
567 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn VIC 3122, Australia.
- “The Place” is a smoke-free environment.
- Our facilities are equipped with surveillance systems for security purposes. These recordings are retained for up to 30 days and will only be shared in cases of property damage.
Reservations and Arrival
- Reservations are confirmed instantly via email after completing the booking.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session for a briefing and preparation.
- The game session will last 60 minutes starting at the scheduled time. Delays or breaks will not extend your game time.
- Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Mobile phones are not allowed during the game. Complimentary lockers will be provided for your belongings.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours before your booking time:
- You can reschedule for free using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing Happy@EscapeArtistz.com.au.
- Less than 48 hours before your booking time:
- Credit vouchers will be issued for any amount paid above the minimum rate of $118.00.
- Example: If you paid $245 and reschedule within 48 hours, you will receive a credit voucher of $127 ($245 – $118 = $127).
Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another party. Inform us of the new participants’ details in advance via email.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before your booking time:
- You may request a refund (minus a 4% transaction fee), OR
- Opt for a full credit voucher to avoid fees.
- Less than 48 hours before your booking time:
- Credit vouchers will be issued for the amount paid above the minimum rate ($118.00).
Same-Day Bookings:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested within 30 minutes of booking. Send your email request to Happy@EscapeArtistz.com.au.
No-Shows:
No refunds or credit vouchers will be provided if cancellation requests are not submitted via email before the scheduled time.
Damage Liability and Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for any damage to property caused during their session.
- Personal belongings must be kept in the lockers provided. While we take measures to ensure their safety, we are not liable for items reported as lost.
